Food Vendor Application
Application process: We accept food vendors until our event is full. This is the application. It does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified of your status within 7days of us receiving the completed application. We will not process your fees unless you / company have been accepted. Once accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter/ phone call. We will not process any approved application without payment. Payments must be received no later than sixty days prior to the event. Preferred method of payment is by check or money order.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be given up to 60 days prior to the event with no penalty. Refund checks will be mailed one week after the final day of the event. All payments are nonrefundable 59 days or less from the event opening date no exceptions.
We do not supply electric / water!
Insurance: All food vendors participating in the event must have $1,000,000 of liability insurance for the entire time of operation.
Slaughter House Farm / Psychological Associates/Scott Family are not responsible for your equipment left on site, or damages to your equipment, customers or staff.
All Health Department permits must obtained from the Sussex County Health Department and are the responsibilities of the vendors to display.
A copy of insurance coverage needs to be included with this application.

We will try and make sure each vendor sells a different food menu. Please submit your food menu below.

This year’s event dates are as follows. October 7th,8th,14th,15th,21st,22nd,28th,29th,31st

Vendor fees are $250.00 a weekend paid in advance. We are not responsible for weather / rain out days. Vendors booking all four weekends will not be charged for the October 31st date.
All fees are to be paid 60 days in advance. You will not be considered a vendor until fees have been paid. Once your application and vendor fee has been received you will be notified of your acceptance. No vendor fees will be cashed unless you have been accepted as a vendor. All other payments will be returned.
All areas of this application must be filled out or it will be returned to you!
